Notes
Indonesia's Golden Visa is positioned to compete with Thailand LTR and Malaysia MM2H. The 10-year duration and lower entry (USD 350K bond) is attractive, but the lack of dual citizenship (Indonesia requires renunciation for naturalisation) means citizenship is not realistically the destination. Best understood as a relocation/Bali lifestyle product. Indonesia is largely under-the-radar relative to its scale; tax-resident HNWIs subject to worldwide income.
