The eligibility wizard, your verdict, the lineage builder, the cost calculator, and the country research hubs are all free. There is nothing to pay for and nothing to refund to find out whether you may qualify.

EasyPassport+ (the 7-day free trial)

EasyPassport+ unlocks your full working dashboard — the personalized checklist, costs, appointments, and portfolio export. It starts with a 7-day free trial: starting the trial costs $0 today. If you cancel any time during the 7-day trial, you are never charged. After the trial, EasyPassport+ is a single one-time charge of $49 — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, ever.

Refunds on EasyPassport+

If you're not satisfied with EasyPassport+, email us within 14 days of the $49 charge and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no hoops. Just tell us the email you purchased with.

Expert add-ons

À-la-carte expert add-ons are one-time purchases delivered by vetted partners. Once a partner has started work on your case (e.g. scheduled or held a consultation, opened a genealogy investigation, taken in your documents), the purchase is generally final; any refund terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts. If you change your mind before a partner picks up the work, contact us for a full refund. Note that the $30 member add-on credit is a discount applied to your purchase, not separately refundable cash.

Technical issues

If a technical problem prevented you from receiving the add-on you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
