Paraguay has no formal DNV. Two practical paths: (1) Ordinary residency via USD 5,500 bank deposit (~36x min monthly wage), (2) SUACE investor visa USD 70K business plan. Either gets temporary residency leading to PR + 3-year citizenship.
Tax treatment
