Ireland has no formal DNV. Stamp 0 is the closest analog but explicitly does not permit Irish work and doesn't count toward PR/citizenship. EU citizens can live/work freely in Ireland. For non-EU remote workers, Ireland is poorly served compared to other EU markets.
