3x Colombian minimum wage (~COP 1.3M/mo 2025) = ~COP 4M (~USD 1,000) minimum. Lowest income floor of any formal DNV with 2-year validity.
Tax treatment

Colombia DNV is one of the cheapest income floors globally + 2-year stay + family eligible. Drawback: no renewal + becoming tax-resident triggers worldwide income tax + wealth tax. Best for short-medium term LATAM base.
