- 2024-06
Mandatory virtual interviews introduced for all applicants aged 16+.
- 2025
Enhanced due diligence regime extended processing times to 4-7 months in line with EU/US screening expectations.
Notes
Historically the cheapest Caribbean CBI. Lost UK visa-free access in 2023 (still in effect). Real estate option has shorter holding period (3 years to general sale) than peers — attractive for liquidity. Government processing and ancillary fees can stack to ~USD 10,000+ per family beyond the contribution.
