Recent changes

  1. 2024-07

USD 200,000 minimum-investment floor adopted under Caribbean CBI Memorandum of Agreement; previous EDF single-applicant minimum of USD 100,000 effectively eliminated.

  2. 2024-06

Mandatory virtual interviews introduced for all applicants aged 16+.

  3. 2025

Enhanced due diligence regime extended processing times to 4-7 months in line with EU/US screening expectations.

Notes

Historically the cheapest Caribbean CBI. Lost UK visa-free access in 2023 (still in effect). Real estate option has shorter holding period (3 years to general sale) than peers — attractive for liquidity. Government processing and ancillary fees can stack to ~USD 10,000+ per family beyond the contribution.
